As your host, I’ll be delighted to guide you through the entry process, give you a personal tour of the villa and show you the best restaurants and spots on the island.
REDUCED FEES
Many other booking sites will add high admin fees for using the platform; we don’t. We keep it to a minimum.
Useful info
The villa is available for from 4 PM on the day you arrive. If you arrive earlier, we suggest grabbing a bite at Omar’s Beach Hut or The Grill at Grace Bay Club. Check-out is at 11 AM on the day you leave.
We kindly ask our guests to smoke outside only. If there are lingering smoke smells inside, we reserve the right to charge a $750 penalty fee for extra cleaning of upholstery.
Infant, babies, toddlers, kids and teens are all welcomed. Pack and Play rentals available. Children up to age 5 spend the night free in their parents’ room. We charge $50 per night for each additional child.
Unfortunately, no cats or service dogs are allowed.
Just drive in! There is a gate and a clicker available for you. The space allows for 2-3 cars.
You can cancel free of charge 48 hrs after your initial booking if your reservation is in 60 days or more.
Within 60 days of arrival: 50% refund.
Within 30 days of arrival, unfortunately, we cannot refund your stay unless we are able to rebook your dates with other guests.
An admin fee of $150 applies.
We can also keep a credit for 6 months applicable on your next stay.
There are no refunds for checking-out earlier than your reservation date.

KIDS, POOL & BALCONY: Direct access to unfenced pool in the backyard as well as balcony on 2nd floor – please WATCH the KIDS at ALL TIMES.
MUSIC
Keep volume to reasonable during the day, lower after 9pm and OFF at 11pm.
SAND
Rinse off the sand from your feet and beach gear BEFORE entering the house or the Pool.No sand in the house or in the pool. Please rinse-off first.
VISITORS
No visitors outside your rental agreement or traveling party.
